This beautiful gold, grey, black and beige tartan vintage coat is both eye-catching and timeless. This full length coat is beautifully tailored featuring a double lapel collar, a V-point belt style detail at the back, a pleated peplum, and double faux leather buttons at the front. Originally, designed as menswear for The Clothes Show Live in 1996 by Sherilyn Woverston. This is a unique and stylish vintage piece.

- 1990s Vintage Maxi Length Checked Coat
- Gold, grey, black, and beige tartan
- Large double collar v neckline
- Long sleeves curved at the cuff with button and strap detail
- Two front pockets
- V point belt style detail, pleated peplum, and a split at the back
- Fastens with one hidden clear button and two faux leather buttons, with additional decorative buttons
- The buttons on the sleeves and front are faux leather-look plastic buttons
- Fully lined with shoulder pads for shape
- No composition label but the fabric feels like good quality wool
- Perfect for Autumn/ Winter styling , labelled as menswear but suitable for anyone
- Designed by Sherilyn Wolverson at The University of Central Lancashire and exhibited at The Clothes Show Live in 1996
- Steam cleaned and ready to wear.
- Very good vintage condition. Looks unworn. Still has the original tag attached.

Approx modern day UK size Large (men’s) 16- 18 (womens) but as vintage garments don’t generally conform to modern day sizes this is a guide only. Please see measurements below:

Shipping & Handling
When it comes to shipping and handling, we want to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. We want you to feel like you are receiving a gift when you receive your purchase so all goods are sent out wrapped and decorated with ribbon. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
UK Shipping
We offer free tracked delivery (Royal Mail 48 hr Tracked) on all UK orders of £20 and over. The delivery cost for orders under £20 is £2.50. A tracking number will be provided. If you need your order faster Royal Mail 24hr Tracked is available at an additional cost at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. All international orders will be sent tracked. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs/local tax charges and customs clearance admin fees incurred when the goods arrive in your country so please check with your local customs office if unsure. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to official border checks.
