When it comes to shipping and handling, we want to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. We want you to feel like you are receiving a gift when you receive your purchase so all goods are sent out wrapped and decorated with ribbon. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
UK Shipping
We offer free tracked delivery on all UK orders of £20 and over. The delivery cost for orders under £10 is £2.30 and for orders of £10 and over but under £20 it is £2.70. A tracking number is provided for all U.K. orders over £10. If you need your order urgently Royal Mail Special delivery is available at an additional cost ( added at checkout)
International Shipping
International shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. All international orders will be sent tracked. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs/local tax charges and customs clearance admin fees incurred when the goods arrive in your country so please check with your local customs office if unsure. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to official border checks.
