Shipping, Handling & Returns

When it comes to shipping and handling, I want to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. I want you to feel like you are receiving a gift when you receive your purchase so all goods are sent out wrapped and decorated with ribbon. I aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

 UK Shipping                                            

I offer free tracked delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48 ) on all UK orders of £20 and over. The delivery cost for orders under £20 is £2.50. A tracking number will be provided. If you need your order faster Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available at an additional cost at checkout.

International Shipping 

International shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. All international orders will be sent tracked. Please note that buyers are responsiblefor any customs/local tax charges and customs clearance admin fees incurred when the goods arrive in your country ( except for US where tariffs costs are included in the shipping rate - please see note below) so please check with your local customs office if unsure. Additionally, I cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to official border checks. 

****IMPORTANT NEWS FOR US CUSTOMERS *** My US Shipping rates are now updated to include US tariff costs. All tariff and handling costs will be paid via Royal Mail using their new PDDP service prior to shipping . This means that there should be no extra charges for you once your parcel arrives in the US and it should be delivered as before. If you have any questions regarding this please do get in touch and I’ll be happy to discuss.
