- A cute combination of a white mesh style open knit and a closer knit featuring vibrant  blue horizontal stripes 

- Cute ribbed collar with a front placket and one button fastening 

- Ribbed around the hem and armholes 

- No labels at all but it does look to have been commercially made

- The yarn feels very lightweight so I would think it to be a cotton or cotton/acrylic mix 

- Can be worn pulled up or down

Approx modern day UK 8-10 size depending on desired fit but as vintage garments don’t generally conform to modern day sizes this is a guide only.

Measurements of the item laid flat:

Bust : 18 in/ 46 cm 
Waist ( stretchy ribbing at the hem)  : 14 in/35.5 cm stretches up to 15 in/ 38 cm 
Length: nape to hem: 24 in/61 cm
Pit to pit: 18 in/ 46 cm 

There is a little stretch but I have based the sizing recommendation on more of a regular loose fit.
