Approx modern day size 8- 12 but as vintage garments don’t generally conform to modern day sizes this is a guide only. Please see measurements below:

Measurements of item laid flat :
Waist : stretches from 13 in/33 cm to  15in/38 cm
Length waistband to hem:  25 1/2 in /64.5 cm

Plenty of room in the hips due to the pleats so if the waist measurement works the hip measurement will be fine.
